Virtual Sessions

Online Therapy & Counselling
I offer online and telephone sessions with timings tailored to suit your needs. I understand that the standard 50-minute session doesn’t always work for everyone, so I aim to be as flexible as possible. To help you feel at ease, I provide a free 15-minute consultation where we can talk through how I work and ensure the space feels right for you before beginning therapy.

While we currently offer therapy online, in-person sessions may be available in the future for those who prefer face-to-face support.
